Here you will find details of my publications, principally poetry but also fiction and academic criticism.
I will also post details of forthcoming publications, readings and performances; and of course I will also provide a way of buying any of my work should you wish to.
I’m really pleased to say that I have had three poetry collections published recently, Those Other Fields (2000, Palewell Press), Stranger (2001, Cinnamon Press) and Ship’s Log (2002, Bristol Books). You can buy them in my Shop on this site, or by going to the websites of the Presses.
I have given recent virtual readings for the 1000 Monkeys poetry show and the Virtual Artists Forum, and have just heard that the poetry film A Dream of Ships – which you can watch on the video page – won a prize at the Zebra Poetry Film Festival in Berlin in November. It was also the first-prize-winner at the Mayflower Commemoration Festival in 2020. Another film of my work – ‘The Harbour-Master’s Tale’ – was similarly successful at the IMM Festival this year.
